BACHELOR OF ELECTRO HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE AND SURGERY- B.E.M.S – (4 YEAR DOCTORATE PROGRAM)
The B.E.M.S program is a four-year undergraduate medical course in Electro Homoeopathy, a complementary system of medicine based on plant-based remedies and bio-energy principles.
This program is designed to produce competent practitioners who can diagnose and treat patients using Electro Homoeopathic principles, with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and holistic healing. Offered under the recognition of the Naturo Electro-Homoeopathy Medicos of India (NEHM) headquartered in New Delhi, is a nationally recognized autonomous body operating under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India (PDR) the course blends classical medical sciences with Electro Homoeopathic philosophy, preparing students for ethical and effective practice. The students will learn Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology, Principles and Practice of Electro Homoeopathy, Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Ailments, Materia Medica, Pharmacy, and Repertory, Clinical Training and Case Management. The Career Opportunities of the B.E.M.S program Graduates are as; Registered Electro Homoeopathic Practitioners (REHP), Private Clinic Owners or Consultants, Health and Wellness Counsellors, Practitioners in Alternative and Complementary Medicine Centres, Researchers or Educators in Electro Homoeopathy. They may also pursue higher studies or certifications in: M.D. (Electro Homoeopathy), Clinical Research, Public Health, or Alternative Therapies
Eligibility Criteria
- Age – Candidate must be between 17 – 35 years
- Education – Must have Passed 10+2 Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized board
- Admission based on merit or institutional entrance, as per NEHM and institutional norms
- Minimum Marks – For General/SC/ST Category any percentage
- Gender – Both Male and Female Candidates are eligible
- Medical fitness is mandatory
M.D. (Electro Homoeopathy) – M.D.E.H – (2 YEAR POST-GRADUATE DOCTORATE PROGRAM)
The M.D.E.H. program is a specialized postgraduate course that deepens a practitioner's understanding of Electro Homoeopathy.
It focuses on advanced diagnostics, clinical research, and the therapeutic application of plant-based remedies. The course blends classical medical sciences with Electro Homoeopathic principles to prepare graduates for leadership roles in clinical practice, education, and research. The students will learn Advanced Electro Homoeopathic Materia Medica and Repertory; Clinical diagnosis and case management; Research methodology and dissertation writing; Therapeutic strategies for chronic and complex diseases; Ethics, legal aspects, and practice management. The Career Opportunities of M.D.E.H. Graduates are as: Senior Electro Homoeopathic Practitioners; Clinical Researchers and Case Analysts; Professors or Lecturers in Electro Homoeopathy colleges; Authors or contributors to alternative medicine journals; Founders of wellness centres or specialty clinics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a B.E.M.S., B.H.M.S., B.A.M.S., M.B.B.S., or equivalent degree
- Must be a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) in Electro Homoeopathy or related systems
- Admission is typically based on merit or institutional entrance, with some offering distance or regular modes
- Gender – Both Male and Female Candidates are eligible
- Medical fitness is mandatory
